Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Working alongside our tight-knit bunch of existing Account Managers the ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in sales.

This person will be predominantly responsible for processing orders and quotes, ensuring accuracy of orders and maintaining accurate sales records.


Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and act as that first point of contact for the company
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly via phone and email
  • Conduct activities to generate leads and convert prospects into customers - successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Negotiate sales and close sales with customers
  • Provide customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
  • Process orders received by phone and email and liaise with warehouse for timely dispatch
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new opportunities for sales and business growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers


Team-work within a team is also crucial as you will often need to support colleagues across the business within their roles when pressure points arise throughout the peak seasons.



Requirements

  • 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
  • Must be numerically sound
  • Initiative - ability to drive own workload a must - a self motivator with a good level of education
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM and stock management systems and other software and IT packages
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota and a proactive attitude towards problem solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
