Account Director (Experiential) – Leading Brand Activation Agency

London - hybrid

Salary: £50k-£55k

The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Account Manager stepping up to an Account Director, or an established Account Director, with excellent knowledge of experiential (including sampling) to lead key experiential projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.


Reporting to the Director of Experiential, the successful candidate will take ownership of client relationships, oversee project delivery, and manage campaign budgets.


Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the full cycle of experiential campaigns, from planning to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and consistently meeting their needs
  • Managing project budgets, including cost breakdowns and spend allocation for sampling activations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure flawless execution, allowing the Director of Experiential to focus on strategy and growth
  • Leading and supporting a small team within a wider creative agency environment, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively with minimal ramp-up time
  • This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive and confident individual who can hit the ground running.



Skills and Experience

  • Strong background in experiential marketing, ideally within the FMCG or retail sectors
  • Proven experience managing projects, teams, and budgets in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in shopper marketing, paid promotions, and sampling activations
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Experience with large-scale activations or sampling campaigns within retail, beauty, or healthcare sectors is an advantage
