About Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for an Experienced Permanent Parts Advisor of the highest calibre to join a busy Car Dealership Service Department. Salary:Excellentbasic of £26 K + plus excellent bonus potential,

Location: NN2

To Start: ASAP, subject to interview/s and referencing.

Hours of work: Core hours Monday Friday, office hours

The Role:

Applicants will need to offer experience of working in a similar role

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Ensure parts are efficiently distributed to Service Department Technicians.
• Maintain stock levels, order parts as and when required and ensure all deliveries are correct.
• Assist customers via telephone, online and face-to-face, as well as processing orders over the telephone.
• Identifying parts required for vehicles, utilising the Electronic Parts Catalogue, and our DMS system.
• Carrying out some administration duties such as invoicing.

About you

• We consider candidates from all backgrounds who preferably have experience working in the Automotive sector within a Parts Advisor role, however training will be provided.
• You will be sales and target driven with a reliable and punctual work ethic and a willingness to follow instructions.
• You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within the automotive industry with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts.
• You will have a strong attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
• You will be flexible and dynamic with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
