We are looking for someone to join a fast-paced and rapidly growing company that has made significant strides in the digital and online retail space. With a strong focus on innovation, this company is a leader in providing bespoke technology platforms that support its operations in over 160 global markets.

In this role, you would be supporting the continued growth of the business, reporting to the Deputy General Counsel. You’ll be working within the commercial legal team, which currently includes 18 professionals across a variety of legal areas such as corporate, property, and general commercial law.

The responsibilities will include:

• Negotiating, drafting, and advising on commercial agreements (supplier contracts, distribution agreements, and standard terms and conditions).
• Handling intellectual property matters (including licenses in and out of IPR).
• Advising on website-related legal matters (such as terms & conditions and privacy policies).
• Supporting data privacy-related work (previous experience in this area is not required).

We’re looking for candidates with:

• A law degree and 3-6 years of PQE.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A valid practising certificate.
