What you'll do:

Lead the charge: Take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process, building robust financial models that provide clear insights to senior management.

Be a trusted advisor: Partner with business units, providing financial expertise and guidance on strategic initiatives.

Drive continuous improvement: Streamline FP&A processes and reporting, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Master the monthly cycle: Co-ordinate the flash and outturn processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Contribute to key deliverables: Support the production of the monthly Management Accounts pack, providing valuable financial information.

What you'll need:

A sharp mind: You're a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven FP&A experience in a fast-paced environment.
