Our stylists working 4-5 days a week typically take home around £2200-£2500 per month.

Location: The Mall, Blackburn

The duties of this role include but are not limited to:

• Provide a wide range of hair cutting services.
• Apply a wide range of hair colouring techniques (Balayage & Highlights).
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and professional salon environment.
• Create hairstyles for formal events and everyday looks.
• Manage daily operations of the salon, ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a small team of stylists to meet performance targets.

We are looking for a professional individual with the following key requirements:

• Professional manner and appearance.
• Trustworthy nature.
• Excellent customer service.
• Reliable commuting to Blackburn or plans to relocate before the job starts is mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years hairdressing experience (Key requirement).
• 2 years leadership experience (Preferred).
• Has a passion to create content to market the treatments through our social media platforms.
• Hold a Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Licence/Certification (preferred).

Working Hours:

• Full time/Permanent/Flexible

Availability for Self Employed candidates.

Hourly rate: £14.
