Marketing Manager. Global Health and Wellness Brand
Hybrid. 1-2 days in Bristol Office
12 month FTC
Up to £58k plus excellent benefits

The Marketing Manager is responsible for expanding the visibility and increasing the demand for specialist products and treatments across a wide network of locations.
Initially on an FTC basis the position will collaborate closely with the broader marketing team, as well as the Product Development, Clinical, and Operations departments. Strong management and leadership skills are therefore essential.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and refine specialist product offerings to stand out from competitors,.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
* Drive brand awareness through targeted marketing campaigns aligned with overall company values.
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
* Manage and support the Field Marketing operations.
* Plan and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
* Collaborate with digital teams to enhance online marketing performance.
* Monitor and report on campaigns, refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
* Stakeholder engagement.
Skills/Experience:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced service or retail environment
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
* Strong experience in product marketing.
* Proven success in multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Proficiency in performance marketing and digital strategy.
* Skilled in market research and competitor analysis to guide decisions.
