Inventory Visibility, Payment Processing, Reverse Logistics.

• Strong experience in analysing technical architecture and designing business modules using OMS API's and Services.

• Strong design and build experience for IBM Sterling OMS and IBM Sterling Call Centre application including all type of product customisation

• Good experience to CI-CD processes and sound knowledge of IBM Sterling OMS and Call centre for process including Build & Deployment.

• Experience in staging technical workshops and leading audience toward desired outcomes. • Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt.
