Apply now to join One team, One Kroll.RESPONSIBILITIES:Acting as the lead assistant to world-renowned Quantum experts involved in international arbitration and litigationDrafting expert reports and leading the analysis for the final reportsProviding advisory services to Clients seeking to enhance their commercial performance and corporate governance including the introduction and improvement of project controls and risk managementSupporting Clients and their consultants engaged in ADR and the delivery of complex and challenging major projects and programmes of workReviewing documents on varied project types in a broad range of industries, for example infrastructure, oil & gas and residentialOwning and directs presentations, proposals, and reportsManaging the workload and tasks of the wider project teamManaging budgets, fee reports and client negotiationsDrafting project and fee proposals for large projectsActively managing the development and training of team membersRegularly bidding for and seeking out new opportunities for project workAbility to win own expert appointmentsPresenting and leading client meetingsAttending and organising client eventsLondon based with some national and international travelREQUIREMENTS:Degree level education in a construction or Quantity Surveying related fieldRelevant MSc would be an advantageMSCSI/MRICS qualified or equivalentIdeally 10-15 years of construction related industry experienceIdeally 3+ years’ experience of performing detailed Quantum forensic analysis Experience of drafting project and fee proposals, and expert reports.Experience of managing a wider project teamExcellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and comfortable with large sets of dataExcellent analytical skills, an attention to detail and exceptional report writing skillsEnergetic, pro-active and professionalInquisitive and curious to learn more about the industry and fieldFluent in English (both written and spoken)In order to be considered for a position, you must formally apply via careers.Kroll.comKroll is committed to equal opportunity and diversity, and recruits people based on merit.#LI-Hybrid#LI-ND1Full timePosting Date: 2023-11-10
