Job Description

Responsibilities:

Store Management: Responsible for managing retail parterners in the UK, ensuring that the brand image and product display meet company standards.

Sales Promotion: Plan and execute promotional activities within retail partners to increase brand awareness and product sales.

Team Supervision: Supervise the performance of third-party field promotion teams to ensure they achieve set assessment targets.

Customer Relations: Establish and maintain good relationships with retail partners, collect their feedback to optimize products and services.

Market Research: Conduct market research to understand local market trends and competitor dynamics, providing strategic recommendations to the company.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, respond promptly to the needs of retail partners to avoid overstock or stockouts.

Price Control: Implement price control mechanisms to prevent price confusion and ensure consistency in market pricing.

Compliance Checks: Ensure all retail activities comply with local laws and regulations, especially those related to e-cigarettes.

Report Preparation: Regularly prepare sales reports and market analysis reports to report to the retail manager.

Crisis Management: Handle emergencies such as product recalls, customer complaints, etc., and report to the company in a timely manner.

Training and Development: Train field promotion teams in product knowledge and sales skills to improve overall team performance.

Skills Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in English and Punjabi communication skills, both written and oral.

Market Insight: Have an in-depth understanding of the UK e-cigarette market.

Team Leadership: Possess team management and leadership abilities.

Communication and Coordination: Able to communicate effectively with different departments and external partners.

Analytical Skills: Have the ability to analyze data and conduct market analysis.

Problem Solving: Capable of quickly identifying problems and proposing solutions.

Legal Knowledge: Understand UK retail regulations and e-cigarette-related laws.

Cultural Adaptability: Able to adapt to multicultural environments and respect team members from different cultural backgrounds.

Sales Skills: Possess excellent sales and negotiation skills.
