Job Description

Anabas is a dynamic National Facilities Management company. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers.

We are seeking to recruit anOperations Support Manager totake ownership and responsibility in providing support and resolution for Anabasteams on client sites within Central London ensuring a 5star service is experienced by all.

We are offering an annual salary between £42,000- £45,000. Full time permanentworking Monday to Friday(40 hours a week, between 08:00-17:00, but will be expected flexibility between 07:00-18:00)

Please note that enhanced security vetting is a requirement of this role

As the ideal candidate you will be a self-motivated senior manager with a can do attitude and strong customer service ethic, experienced in Facilities Management, with a sound working knowledge of both hard and soft services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • The main duty of the role is to provide operational and administrative support to the Account Management team to enable them to be more effective and for them to add value back to our clients through service consistency and transition projects.
  • Provide contracts with a high level of accurate and timely administrative support including purchase order raising and goods receipting, monthly billing reconciliation for variable works and CAFM related updates.
  • Assist with keeping all H&S processes and records are kept up to date.
  • Create and maintain very good relationships with the client and key personnel at the Anabas Business Support Unit.
  • Research and produce first drafts of all monthly/quarterly reporting to the Client for review and finalisation by the Account Manager/Director.
  • Provide line management support including recruitment, performance management and training and development to build effective operational teams on each contract.
  • Assist with hand on duties in peak times or where a shortage of staff is likely to cause service disruption.
  • Assist Account Managers where required with the employee time management system

The position of Operational Support Manager is a key part of our One Team Approach to providing outstanding service and 5 star customer experience. The job description is designed to focus the post holder on several key tasks & responsibilities. However, by nature of the dynamic environment, there will inevitably be a number of activities that will be undertaken outside of this job description that the individual will be expected to deliver to the agreed service level. The intention of this job description is to give the post holder an appreciation of the role to be undertaken. There will be a need to review and agree changes at regular intervals to meet the changing demands of the business.
