Job Title: Product Specialist

Location: Surrey (Field-based)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Product Specialist to represent our company in the Surrey region. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure they receive high-quality products and value for money while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves conducting seating assessments, product demonstrations, and training sessions with a focus on client care and maintaining professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct seating assessments in homes, care homes, and hospitals across Surrey, specializing in assessment chairs, bariatric chairs, and beds.
  • Assist with chair and bed deliveries, including supporting colleagues with upstairs installations when necessary.
  • Lead product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals, including prescribers.
  • Manage your diary to ensure all parts and equipment are available for scheduled jobs.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive new business opportunities and support product development.
  • Regularly attend video conferences and in-person meetings at the head office.
  • Ensure all demonstration equipment is well-maintained and in line with quality and regulatory standards.

  • Represent the company’s values of insight, determination, and integrity, promoting a positive image to clients.
  • Actively participate in training and development, including health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • A-level qualification or equivalent (desirable).
  • Experience in sales, working independently, and familiarity with relevant products.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
  • Good ICT skills.
  • Empathy and a customer-focused approach, with a strong commitment to delivering top-tier service.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel, with the possibility of occasional overnight stays.
  • Ideally located in Surrey for maximum travel efficiency.
