Property Manager

PROPERTY MANAGER-urgently required

We're looking for a dynamic PROPERTY MANAGER to join their Lettings team based at their beautiful HQ in Little Hadham, near Bishops Stortford. This is a critical role in maintaining their growing portfolio and ensuring their clients and tenants receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own portfolio of properties (100-150), ensuring they are well-maintained and tenancies are sustained.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Arrange and oversee maintenance and repair work, ensuring prompt and quality service.
• Handle tenancy renewals and manage any arrears effectively.
• Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring properties meet the required standards.
• Handle end-of-tenancy checkouts, including deposit returns and any disputes..

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in property management, with a solid understanding of the lettings process.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a strong problem-solving ability.
• A team player who can also work independently, managing their own portfolio.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car for property inspections.
