Fabric Engineer

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Fabric Engineer/Multi skilled handyperson in Loughborough. You will join the static division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out on one single site.
This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40 hours per week, In return you will receive:

Salary up to £29,000 per annum(13 pounds per hour)
work40ing hours per week(Monday-Friday,7:30 am-4pm)
23+ 8 days' holidays

No call out rotaRequirements:

Full UK driving licence.
Ability to work independently and proactively.Duties / Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM's in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites.

Plumbing repairs
PPMs and reactive maintenance
Buidling maintenance
Multi skilled person
Legionella level 2
Hot and Cold water systems
Water Flushing
Fire Alarm texting
Basic lighting Maintenance
Fixing lights
Unblocking toilets
Manholes
Plumbing Duties
Fixings Roof Leaks
Door Frames
Flooring Repairs
Changing Lights
Fixing leaks
Water temperature checks
All aspects of building maintenance within the facilities
