Store Manager

Ede & Ravenscroft's London womenswear boutique on Chancery Lane, provides a tailoring edit for the professional woman, with luxury brands such as Armani, Max Mara, Peserico, Hugo Boss, Samantha Sung along with our own brand collections.

Ede & Ravenscroft is London’s oldest tailor and received its first royal commission in 1689 when it was entrusted to create the robes for the coronation of William and Mary. Ede & Ravenscroft is committed to delivering the traditional values which have built its reputation, holder of royal warrants and crafting fine quality clothes.

We are currently recruiting a high-calibre full-time [40 hrs. per week] Store Manager to join our London Chancery Lane Boutique Team. Store open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Main duties will include:

• Providing excellent customer service and leading by example to maximise sales
• Building long-term client relationships and ability to understand customer’s needs and product features
• Maximising sales and driving the store’s KPI results including ecommerce sales customer service and fulfilment
• Brand marketing opportunities
• Representing brand values along with a professional manner and appearance
• Leading store housekeeping and visual merchandising
• Implementation of company policies and procedures
• Development of staff and training
• Stock management

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• At least 1 years experience in a management role e.g. department manager, store management, or clienteling lead.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service and running a boutique
• Excellent communication skills and an organised and proactive approach
• The ability to lead and motivate others
