A well-established company seeks a highly skilled Supply Chain Finance Manager to join their team in Heidelberg, JHB. If you're passionate about applying your expertise to guide teams effectively and contribute to strategic decision-making, I encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity today Responsibilities: Custodian for business controls within the supply chain function Track SOX controls compliance/ cascade any changes for implementation and business risk reviews Provide insights on financial performance, forecast vs actual variance analyses, budgeting and inventory movements/ adjustments tracking Support the various teams with preparation of productivity initiatives and tracking of savings Participation in negotiations with Supply Chain third party business partners Management of governance process and consolidation of inputs for review Financial management and review cost of goods sold relating to New Category products Manage working capital (E2E FG inventory), Route to market investment & capex tracking in the business Preparation of financial reports on performance/ dashboards with commentaries on drivers Update cycle meeting reports and decks Monitor dashboards, compliance & KPIs tracking including end to end process Support the team with projects execution Perform pre and post implementation reviews of all major projects Requirements: CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA Accounting degree / Financial qualification Minimum of 4 to 5 years working experience in controlling, compliance, supply chain, manufacturing finance in an FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment Experience with MS Office and MS Excel Good knowledge of an ERP financial system SAP/ Oracle Strong influencing, leadership, and interpersonal skills Project management skills required Please note if you have not heard from us in 2 weeks from application, please consider yourself unsuccessful - please do continue to follow us online and apply for suitable roles.
