What you bring to the role:

• 1-4 years experience in customer facing and/or operational roles
• Great people skills and excellent written & verbal communication
• You have a talent for creating innovative solutions to issues, and keep going until the problem is solved
• Motivated and driven to be part of a growing, successful team
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Bonus, but optional:Complex case handling with multiple parties managing through to resolution
• Leasing or automotive industry experience would be a bonus although it is not essential

What you’ll be doing:

• You will join our Customer Service team and be responsible for shaping the future of the department
• Your key deliverable is ensuring our customers receive a 5* experience during the lifetime of their lease
• You’ll support our sales teams to ensure they can provide the best service possible to potential and current customers
• You’ll help to manage the post-order and delivery process for customers and provide regular updates
• You’ll work with various stakeholders (including our customers, lease companies, and our internal team) to find the right solution, for each individual customer and ensure that it is delivered at pace

Compensation:

£26,000 - £30,000 base salary (experience dependant)

£3,000 - £30,000 in shares through EMI options
