As a Cocktail Waiter in one of London's most beautiful bars, you will have a vital role in hosting our guests in a stunning environment, surrounded by colleagues who beam with talent, professionalism and ambition. Spanning a large dining room, a beautiful Private Dining Room, exciting Chefs Table experience, stunning terrace and striking bar, Midland Grand is the ultimate opportunity for a Cocktail Waiter looking to progress their career and hone their skills providing immaculate service in an incredible room.

We are looking for a proactive and driven Cocktail Waiter with a fanatical focus on quality and consistency in all areas; unwaveringly consistent food and beverage standards and personality driven service.

Experience in a similar role

Proactive approach to creating and providing world class guest experiences with unwavering service standards

A dedication to thoroughly understanding all aspects of the Midland Grand Dining Room drinks menu and food offerings

A motivational and inspiring spirit to deliver high levels of quality service

The ability to reliably carry out various opening and closing duties
