About The Position

We are seeking an outstanding Social Worker for a position in Providence, Rhode Island, working the Mid 5x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:30) shift. The ideal candidate will hold a current Rhode Island license/certification. This role is within the Adults/Geriatrics specialty. A current license and at least two years of recent experience as a Social Worker in Adults/Geriatrics are required.

Requirements
- Current Resume
- Current Rhode Island license, in the process obtaining of or willing to obtain the states specific license
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
- 2 current Clinical References
- Physical
- TB Records
- Current – Tdap/Flu vaccinations
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
- Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening upon accepting an offer
