We are seeking an outstanding Occupational Therapist for a position in Lubbock, Texas, working the Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:00) shift. The ideal candidate will hold a current Texas license/certification. This role is within the Inpatient specialty. A current license and at least two years of recent experience as a Occupational Therapist in Inpatient are required.

• Current Resume
• Current Texas license, in the process obtaining of or willing to obtain the states specific license
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
• 2 current Clinical References
• Physical
• TB Records
• Current – Tdap/Flu vaccinations
• Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
• Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening upon accepting an offer
