Key Responsibilities : - Drive the implementation and configuration of Saviynt modules, including Access Request (ARS), Access Certification, Analytics, SOD, custom forms, reporting, and dashboards. - Ensure seamless integration of Saviynt with our existing IT infrastructure. - Develop and maintain Saviynt connectors for HR source and target systems, enabling efficient data synchronization. - Troubleshoot connector-related issues and optimize performance. - Develop custom workflows, policies, and rules within Saviynt to address specific business needs. - Create custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into access management activities. - Leverage your proficiency in SQL, JSON, and LDAP to interact with Saviynt and other systems. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of REST and SOAP-based APIs for integration purposes. - Apply your knowledge of SAAS and SSL concepts to ensure secure and scalable solutions. - Identify and resolve technical issues related to Saviynt implementation and operations. - Provide timely support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including security, IT operations, and business units. - Communicate technical concepts and recommendations clearly and concisely. - Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Saviynt, including functional knowledge of JML, access certification, approvals, reports, and access requests. Technical Skills : - Strong proficiency in SQL, JSON, and LDAP. - Understanding of REST and SOAP-based APIs. - Familiarity with SAAS and SSL concepts. - Experience with Access Request (ARS), Access Certification, Analytics, SOD, custom forms, reporting, and dashboards. - Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Saviynt implementation (ref:hirist.tech)
