Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Oracle Global Order Promising Cloud Specialist (GOP) at Vionsys IT Solutions Ind. Pvt. Ltd. in Pune. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for Business Process consulting, Oracle HR, Oracle Applications, and Integration. Your day-to-day tasks will involve leveraging Oracle technologies to optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency. Role : Senior Oracle Global Order Promising Cloud Specialist (GOP). Experience : 5 years. Location : Pan India. Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days. Job Description : Key Responsibilities : Implementation and Configuration : - Implementation of Oracle GOP Cloud, including requirement gathering, system configuration, and testing. - Customize and configure rules and setups to meet business needs. - Collaborate with IT teams to integrate GOP Cloud with other Oracle cloud modules (e. , Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing). - Analyze supply and demand data to ensure accurate order promising. - Set up and maintain ATP rules, sourcing rules, allocation rules, and lead times. - Monitor and manage ATP (Available to Promise) and CTP (Capable to Promise) functionality. - Design solutions to integrate Oracle GOP Cloud with other external order capture and fulfillment applications. Process Optimization : - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance order promising accuracy and efficiency. - Work with cross-functional teams to streamline order management and fulfillment processes. - Develop and implement best practices for order promising and fulfillment. Reporting and Analytics : - Develop and generate reports related to order promising performance and metrics. - Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations. Required Qualifications : - Minimum of 4 years of in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Global Order Promising and its integration with other Oracle Fusion modules, CTO Based Configurations, and Different Order Management Processes/Scenarios like Back-to-Back(Buy, Make, Transfer) Dropship. - Proven project management skills and experience in leading complex IT projects. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
