We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Lodge Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our lodge. In this key role, you will handle guest reservations, manage inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service, creating a seamless experience for our visitors. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of bookings, guest information, and financial transactions, ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the lodges financial processes, including invoicing and payment collections, as well as managing staff schedules and payroll records. You will work closely with the management team, providing valuable administrative support to enhance operational performance and maintain our high standards. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels and coordinate orders, ensuring the lodge is always well-stocked and ready for guests.
