Sales Assistant (Bicester Village)

We are currently looking for Full Time Sales Associates to join our new store opening in November 2024! Please note, that all applications will be reviewed from week commencing 16th September.

The Sales Associate position contributes to the stores success by ensuring customer service and store standards meet company expectations. All sales associates are expected to have comprehensive knowledge of sales associate level expectations for the sales floor, clienteling, cashiering, and inventory operations. Sales associates report to all supervisors within the store (Key Holder/Senior Sales Assoiciates, Assistant Manager, and Store Manager).

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting and acknowledging every customer on a friendly and welcoming manner, answering their questions, recommending styles and products & supporting with transactions and try on sessions in the store. You will work with the Store Management team to ensure you have comprehensive knowledge about the brand, our products, fits and materials, as well as understanding current promotions in the store. You will assist in keeping the store looking clean and neat, replenished and maintain store standards.

About you:

To be successful in the role, you will need to be able to work across the full week, which includes weekdays and weekends, as well as being able to work during peak periods throughout the year. Fashion/apparel experience, ideally denim, is preferred but not essential. You should be a confident and strong seller, with previous selling experience.
