I'm working with an energy drink business that has stormed the world of ecommerce, to £15 million sales per annum in just 6 years.

They have sold over 20 million drinks. They are now taking their distinctive, out there brand in to retail, and already in some of the nation's best known convenience stores.

They seek an Activation Manager who can maximise their reach in to new stores, whilst ensuring the brand retains its distinctive feel that has got it to where it is today.

On offer is a chance to work in a scale up environment, have far more autonomy than in a big food company, and compete and outperform the two main competitors in the space.

Get it right and it'll be career defining. In interviews you will say "I played a key role in taking X Brand in to retail, and was able to achieve £x in sales figures". Powerful stuff.

The role

• Retail Resonance: Dream up and implement retail & trade activation campaigns that'll make consumers do a double-take, whether they're shopping online or in-store.
• Sampling Sensation: Create, lead & own mind-blowing events & sampling programs that'll leave people craving their products like never before.
• Market Mastery: Stay ahead of the curve with insights into industry trends, outsmart competitors, and dazzle consumers with data-driven brilliance.
• Perfect partnerships: Identify, cultivate and land partnerships to drive targeted new customer trial and eyeballs on the brand.
• Collaborative Chemistry: Join forces with cross-functional teams, breaking down silos and ensuring the brand shines brilliantly across all channels.

The person

• Experience working in a brand/FMCG business, and taking brands to market in retail.
• Whilst this scale up is only 6 years old, you could work at Two Sisters, Warburtons or any major player (this is not exhaustive by any means). Experience working in a big national corporate is actually useful here as you will understand the retail landscape better than most.
