We are working with a lovely and well regarded top 20 law firm who are looking for a Senior Associate to join their Employment team in London.

The Firm:

The firm are most well known in the IP and TMT spaces, as well as retail and hospitality, energy and infrastructure and professional services. They are also leading the way with ESG work and pride themselves on being a responsible business. As well as having an interesting client base and high quality and varied work, they are also known for having a friendly and supportive culture and encourage their staff to have a good work life balance.

The Role:

The team pride themselves on offering empathetic and practical advice, not just in line with the laws and regulations. This has lead to really strong client relationships and this role would suit someone who is keen to advise on complex and international issues acting as an extension of the in-house teams.

As well as advisory work the role will also include employment litigation and there will be some corporate support.

The Requirements:

It is anticipated 4-8nPQE will be the right level for this employment solicitor role. Ideally you will have trained and practiced at a similar top 50 city firm, but the firm are also keen to speak to those from magic or silver circle firms looking for more responsibility and better working hours, and also from solicitors at smaller firms looking to work on more high value and complex work.
