We are hiring for a Principal Consultant (also open to TL, TM or AD) to join one of our highest performing teams in our London HQ. We are looking to speak to experienced 360 recruiters that have worked in any Life Sciences or STEM sector with over 2 years’ experience; and have either worked in Medical Devices previously in a staffing role or are open to transitioning into a new vertical.

The role:

This opportunity is based in our London office and joined our London based Medical Devices team. This division is one of our highest performing and after a successful year we are now hiring for a Principal to join this team in Q1 2024 (earlier start dates also considered). Our Med Devices leadership team has a combined tenure of 35+ years in Life Science Recruitment and has an excellent reputation across their markets - from TIC/Notified bodies through to Aesthetics and Ophthalmology.

The role offers a huge amount of autonomy and trust to build out both your team and your desk, and the chance to develop your career quickly to Team Manager/AD in a meritocratic and supportive culture. You will work alongside a highly experienced and internationally recognised senior management team (5+ years with SA on average) and an exceptional Learning and Development function based in our London office.

What we are looking for:

• We are looking for background within recruitment, ideally in a transferable market and understand the various models available and benefits associated with each offering.
• A key part of this role is Business Development, so you should have experience opening new accounts and examples of successfully delivering into them.
• You should have experience mentoring, supporting, and developing more junior recruiters, ideally having worked closely with L&D to create training plans.
• You should also be able to provide examples of building networks and developing relationships.
• Your ambition to succeed in a competitive yet extremely high integrity based environment must be evident.
