CLIENT EXPERIENCE HOST - CENTRAL LONDON

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Confident to be front of house and first face the client meets; positive attitude & body language, taking client queries and booking them in for their appointment via iPad technology ensuring they have an outstanding experience and journey throughout their visit in the store/brand
• Minimum 2 months experience in a hospitality environment
• Flexible to work at least 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday, sometimes with short notice (as we operate a same day cover service)
• Well presented with confidence in giving fantastic client service on the shopfloor and luxury etiquette
