Position Overview:

Are you ready to inspire the next generation of football talent? We are seeking an enthusiastic Lead Academy Coach and potentially an Assistant Head Coach, ideally with a previous background in a professional academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver one-to-one sessions, group sessions, and assist with holiday training camps.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, parents, and team members.
• Create a positive, vibrant environment at Evolve.
• Embrace feedback and continuous learning to advance your coaching career.
• Attend Continuous Professional Development (CPD) events to stay at the forefront of best coaching techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing players at grassroots or academy level.
• Professional playing experience is desirable but not essential.
• Commitment to at least three days of coaching per week.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Enthusiasm, confidence, and a passion for football and player development.
• Tactical and technical coaching skills.
• Patience, a hardworking attitude, punctuality, and time management.
• Customer service skills.
• Driving license preferred but not essential.
