Job Description

Attensi is the global leader in 3D gamified simulation training for large corporations. Using a unique blend of gamification and realism, combined with deep and varied interactivity that is powered by our game AI, we create a ‘learning by doing’ training environment, offering a radically new method to achieve real, measurable behavioural change in large organisations.

Attensi was established in Norway in 2012 and our training is now being used by global brands in more than 140 countries and in 30 different languages. We recently secured $26M investment from Lugard Road Capital, DX Ventures and Viking Venture and are now excited to be focusing on global expansion plans.

Our London office currently consists of 75 Game Changers, which, including our HQ in Oslo brings us to a team of over 250 in total. Since opening here in 2017 we have started working with some of the largest retail, hospitality and professional services brands in the UK, US and other markets. Our portfolio includes clients such as Waitrose, Itsu, Hiscox, PwC and others.

Attensi's portfolio of clients continues to grow rapidly, and we are now looking for a skilled Project Manager to support our UK-based clients. You will become part of a dynamic and energetic team consisting of 16 other exceptional project managers, based across our US, Oslo and London-offices.

Our Project Manager roles are unique in that you will have extensive input into the creation of our games, working closely with game developers, designers, and writers to deliver trainings that engage and excite our clients.

You will combine your creative skills with your commercial prowess throughout each project's lifecycle, leading customer stakeholder relationships, running meetings and coordinating teams on the Attensi and customer side. You will also work closely with our sales and customer success teams to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.

We offer great career growth opportunities in the Project Management path. We also have a strong history of understanding our team members’ career motivations and supporting their growth in Attensi both in parallel teams and in new growth markets.

  • You are curious and quick to grasp new concepts and subject areas.
  • You might also have experience from areas such as consultancy work, or IT organisations.

What will you do?

As part of the Attensi project management team, you will:

  • Drive project stakeholder management, including project steering committee meetings with the customer and team members from our commercial teams
