The role:


The role is a Principal Consultant role within our London-based Preclinical Perm team, (we are also open to Senior Consultant and Team Lead). We are looking for passionate, driven individuals looking to join our exceptional and growing team. You would report into Harpreet Mander, our Managing Director of the Global Permanent Division, who joined us 6 years ago as a Manager, working his way up quickly to MD. Harpreet also has 10 years of experience building and developing teams within the Global PERM Life Sciences sector. We are looking to speak to experienced recruiters that have worked in any Life Sciences or STEM sector with over 2 years’ 360 experience. You would have the opportunity to step into a leadership role and manage or go down a billing only route.

  • Hybrid working.
  • Early Friday finishes (5pm in colder months, 4pm in Summer).

What we’re looking for:


  • Proven background in 360 recruitment, ideally within Life Sciences or a transferrable market.
  • Someone motivated by Career progression and earning potential.
  • Consistently hitting individual targets.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills when working with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to attain and maintain excellent relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Professionalism.
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to remain motivated, proactive and resilient particularly when faced with a challenging situation.


Experience:


  • 2+ Years Recruitment experience.
  • Experience opening new accounts and delivering into them.
  • You should be recognized internally and externally as an expert within your Practice area/ industry sector.
  • You should also be able to provide examples of building networks and developing relationships.
  • A key component of this role is to open and drive new accounts so previous business development success and an ability to bring new business into the company is vital.
  • Your ambition to succeed in a pressurised and competitive yet extremely high integrity based environment must be clearly evident.
