Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced receptionist to work on our clients corporate site in Belfast city centre. The position entails a mix of both desk based and working on your feet as it will be covering reception however will also be greeting people as they enter the building and seeing them to the different meeting rooms/office floors.
The position is working on an hourly rate of £13.50ph working eight hours per day from Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis with potential to be taken permanent by our client.

Responsibilities:
Ensure Colleagues feel welcome, and their needs are taken care of in a fun, friendly and professional manner at all times
Overseeing visitors logbook – signing in, issuing visitors passes and signing visitors out
Maintaining a clear, presentable, and safe office floor
Maintain a strong floor presence and observe quality control issues and actively log tickets requiring service from other areas
Dealing with guests and colleagues enquiries promptly and politely
Floor walks to check meeting rooms are up to standards
Overseeing meeting rooms – booking and management of meeting rooms, set up and set down of meeting rooms
Develop relationships with the clients
Assisting in service/people management during busy times in Key Food areas
Requirements:
2-4 years experience in customer services position
Able to work confidently unaided
High proficient in Microsoft office
Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone
