Addleshaw Goddard is seeking talented individuals for Associate and Managing Associate roles within our Real Estate Managed Legal Services team. This unique opportunity is open to candidates in Manchester, Leeds, Scotland, or those preferring a flexible, primarily home-based role. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, catering to a diverse range of working patterns.
Our Real Estate Managed Legal Services team operates as an integral extension of our clients' in-house legal departments, delivering comprehensive outsourced legal services. We are currently expanding our team to manage a burgeoning client portfolio, including a prestigious FTSE 100 Retail Company. This role involves end-to-end legal service delivery, from property estate management to implementing innovative legal solutions and leveraging client data to enhance service quality.
The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated client service team within our Tier 1 ranked Real Estate group, a cornerstone of Addleshaw Goddard, with a global reach advising clients in 98 countries. Our approach combines cutting-edge technology, legal operations expertise, and access to specialist lawyers, offering a dynamic and innovative working environment. Training in the latest legal technologies, such as Orbital Witness and HighQ platforms, is provided, encouraging a forward-thinking and technologically adept mindset.
Key responsibilities include managing a variety of commercial property matters, such as underleases, lease renewals, and acquisitions. You will act as a trusted advisor to our client's internal teams, offering timely and quality advice. Collaboration with the wider client account team is essential to ensure a consistent and best practice approach across all matters.
Candidates for the Associate position should have at least 2 years of experience in commercial property and Real Estate matters within England & Wales, ideally with retail sector experience. An enthusiasm for legal skill development, efficient task management, and the ability to draft clear, legally effective documents are crucial.
