As a Propositions Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing the strategy that defines and enhances Sky's innovative TV product, Sky Glass. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product aligns with market trends, customer needs, and the company's overall vision. Your insights will help shape the product's evolution, positioning it for long-term success while delivering an exceptional viewing experience to Sky Glass customers.

Your office base:
Osterley
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
On campus, you'll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.

What you'll do:
- Propositions strategy - define the strategy of our future propositions (including forecasting volume opportunities and the financial impact to the business) in line with business objectives and underpinned by customer and market insight.
- Stakeholder management - Building, maintaining, and owning excellent relationships with key internal stakeholders across propositions, finance, trading, marketing, product, supply, RTMs and insight.
- Future ready - keeping abreast of changes in the market landscape and resulting commercial impacts. Working with the propositions team to ensure our props remains well-positioned and our commercials outcomes are aligned
- Go to market - owning the targets, pricing, offer strategy, briefing and messaging of changes to our commercial strategy, working with Trading, CSG, Marketing, and Digital , Voice & retail RTMs
- Strategic thinker - an inquisitive mind, comfortable both in the detail and at a high level
- Commercially astute - experience of tracking and optimising a set of key KPIs
- Analytical ability - able to draw simple conclusions from complex datasets
- Passion for change - constant focus on bringing new ideas to the table
- Confident communicator - able to turn analysis into stories tailored to the audience
- Self-starter comfortable working independently and with stakeholders to meet multiple deadlines
- Microsoft office - capable in both Excel analysing data, and PowerPoint presenting the insight and story
