Job Description

As a Site Manager you will be responsible for supporting gas network operations, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all work complies with relevant Health & Safety, environmental legislation, and NRSWA specifications
Highlight non-conformities and escalate as required
Lead and manage your team, providing high quality training and mentoring
Promote continual improvement and innovative ideas
Proactively manage schedules to minimise disruption and preventable mistakes

Job Requirements:

Experience in a similar role within the gas, utility, construction, or infrastructure sectors
Significant experience in managing people and demonstrating commercial awareness
NRSWA Supervisor accreditation and SSSTS/SMSTS certification are essential
Civil engineering qualification and first aid certification are highly desirable
Extensive knowledge of gas and health and safety practices
Full and valid driver's licence
