Key Stage 1 Teacher

Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time

Pay: £160-£210 per day

Location: Barnet

Job Type: Part Time

About the role:

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on young learners and nurturing their love of learning? We are looking for a talented KS1 Teacher to join our inclusive and diverse school community in Barnet, London. Our school is a modern, 3-form entry primary school, known for its supportive and collaborative environment, amazing facilities, and commitment to ensuring every child thrives.

With a strong focus on personal development, we aim to foster empathy, respect, and confidence in our students, helping them develop both academically and socially.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching KS1 in a UK school setting.
• A passion for creating inclusive learning environments.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Commitment to professional development and reflective practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for KS1 students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support individual learning needs.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the overall ethos and values of the school.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.
