Job description In order to offer our customers solutions from a single source, we offer our software solutions as SaaS and managed services in our own data centers. We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in the data center to professionally manage the interface between customers and the delivery units. Do you have experience as a Service Delivery Manager in complex customer environments, possibly even in the financial industry? Are you looking for a challenge in an agile working environment without excessive processes? Do you like to manage and develop customers independently? The position is to be filled at the earliest possible date at our location in Coburg. Working from home is possible several times a week.
