Job Title: Recruitment Executive
OTE: £35,000 - £40,000+
Winners of multiple business awards, Recruitment Index are one of the most exciting and dynamic recruitment businesses in Hertfordshire and we are growing. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitent Executive to join our team based at our office in Welwyn Garden City.

What you’ll be doing as a Recruitment Executive:
* Full end to end management of the recruitment cycle
* Provide a consultative approach to manage existing client relationships and cross sell services
* Constantly assess how we can add additional value to our clients
* Seek new business opportunities through proactive development
* Ensure that high levels of customer service (to both clients and candidates) are always achieved
* Interview candidates and match to suitable vacancies/assignments
* Develop a detailed knowledge of the nature and culture of all our client’s businesses
* Maintain regular contact with candidates and temporary workers to continually assess their needs, establish their availability, give feedback on their performance, and actively seek suitable work for them

As a Recruitment Executive you must be passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be pro-active with strong consultative client relationship skills and ideally have some recruitment experience.
