Solicitor - UHNW Private Client

Exclusive. A 1 to 3 PQE Trusts and Estates Solicitor is wanted for an amazing opportunity with a North West of England based firm orientated around the delivery of wealth preservation advice to HNW and UHNW individuals and Family Offices.

The successful candidate will manage domestic and international wealth preservation matters for a UHNW Private Client base, there is an existing caseload, no business development or targets. Applications are invited from Private Client Solicitors with a high level of Trusts and Estates expertise who have acquired around 2 PQE in a Top 100 UK environment

Salary is around £65,000 with a generous bonus scheme.

The successful candidate will join a small, specialist team that provides advice on long term tax planning and structuring solutions. The day to will vary and include Trusts, Estates and Succession planning guidance to help navigate the pitfalls of UK and cross-border tax regimes. Full training and development will be provided on the onward journey to expertise in UK and international estate planning and structuring.

Applications are invited from ambitious, academic Private Client Solicitors who would like to build out a career, in the UK and International Tax and Trusts space. The successful candidate will have acquired 1 to 3 PQE in a good legal environment.

Candidates who are considering relocating to the United Kingdom are also encouraged to apply., though must have a background in law similar to that which governs UK tax and trusts formation.

As well as 1 to 3 years Trusts and Estates expertise the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate strong all round communication skills, and a solutions driven approach to their work, all underpinned by good academics. STEP qualification is also advantageous.
