Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of key convenience store accounts, working to drive the sales of protein supplements across multiple locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers and category managers.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of tailored sales strategies designed to increase product visibility and market share in the convenience sector.
- Analyse market data, sales trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, product development) to ensure smooth execution of account strategies.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials for client meetings and account growth.
- Track and monitor account performance, providing insights to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to build relationships and represent the company.
- Assist in negotiating contracts, promotions, and pricing with key accounts.
- Stay current with trends in the protein supplement and convenience retail space.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role (experience in FMCG or convenience channels is advantageous).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills to assess account performance and market trends.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for health, fitness, and nutrition, particularly within the protein supplement industry.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic team.
