Key Responsibilities:


  • E-Commerce Calendar Execution:


Plan and Execute E-Commerce Campaigns: work with the Website Manager to execute the e-commerce calendar, coordinating product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns in alignment with marketing and sales strategies. Work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure that all e-commerce campaigns are executed flawlessly.


Performance Tracking: Analyse the performance of campaigns and product launches, using insights to refine future e-commerce strategies.


  • Lead Web Creative in Line with Brand TOV:

Creative Oversight: Take the lead on all web creative, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s tone of voice (TOV) and luxury aesthetic. This includes overseeing the look and feel of the website, from homepage design to product detail pages.


Brand Consistency: Ensure all web content, including banners, images, and copy, is consistent with the brand's luxury positioning and storytelling, reflecting elegance and sophistication.


Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with internal and external design teams to develop compelling, on-brand creative assets for the e-commerce site that captivate and engage customers.


Visual Storytelling: Use creative assets to tell a story that resonates with our high-end customer base, driving emotional connections with the brand through the digital space.


A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing for creative elements such as visuals and copy to optimise engagement and conversion rates, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.


Stakeholder Communication: Communicate updates, progress, and challenges to key stakeholders within the company, ensuring alignment on e-commerce goals and execution.


  • Front-End Customer Experience:

Optimise the User Journey: Own and enhance the customer’s front-end experience, ensuring a seamless, elegant, and intuitive shopping journey that reflects the luxury status of the brand.


Customer-Centric Focus: Continuously monitor and improve site functionality, ensuring an effortless, premium experience from product discovery to checkout.


UX/UI Enhancements: Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement best-in-class UX/UI practices that elevate the website’s aesthetic and usability, keeping the brand's visual identity and luxury standards at the forefront.


Personalisation: Utilise data and customer insights to drive personalisation strategies, delivering relevant, tailored content and product recommendations.


Mobile Optimization: Ensure the website delivers an exceptional mobile experience, mirroring the high standard of desktop functionality and design.


Qualifications:

-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

-Proven track record of improving front-end customer experiences and executing successful e-commerce campaigns.

-Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working with design and development teams to optimise the online experience.

-Creative mindset with a deep appreciation for luxury aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring that all web creative aligns with brand TOV.

-Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and Google Analytics to track performance and optimise site functionality.

-Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

-Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
