Job Description

A Project Quantity Surveyor is required to manage the contractual and financial elements of construction projects. The role will involve working with a team, ensuring project budgets are adhered to, and delivering high-quality results.

Description

Manage project budgets and contractual relationships
Prepare tender and contract documents
Perform risk and value management
Monitor progress and work closely with the construction team
Advise on procurement strategy
Resolve any financial disputes
Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
Prepare reports and documentation as requiredProfile

A successful Project Quantity Surveyor should have:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Experience in the property industry, particularly in construction
Strong numerical and financial management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of construction processes and materials
Ability to work well in a teamJob Offer

A yearly salary of £58,000 to £65000, depending on experience
