A reputable financial services firm dedicated to providing exceptional mortgage solutions to its clients, currently requires a Mortgage Administrator to join its friendly and vibrant team, based in London.
This is a hybrid position, two days at home. A very competitive salary and package is on offer.

Mortgage Administrator Role Overview:
As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our mortgage operations by managing client applications, processing documentation, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of service.
Mortgage Administrator Key Responsibilities:
* Process mortgage applications from initial inquiry through to completion.
* Collect and verify all necessary documentation from clients and lenders.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
* Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the mortgage process.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
* Support the team in achieving operational targets and deadlines.
Mortgage Administrator Qualifications:
* Previous experience in mortgage administration or a similar role within financial services.
* Strong knowledge of mortgage products and processes.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Proficient in using mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
