Office Administrator

Part time, 2 to 3 days a week

Cardiff

Are you a detail oriented, organised and enthusiastic Office Administrator looking for a new role?

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, you will perform a variety of tasks including managing office communications, working with other staff members and maintaining records.

About the role…

* You will maintain and organise office files and documents.

* You will assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.

* You will schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

* You will answer and direct phone calls and emails.

About you…

* You will have proven experience as an office administrator.

* You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people of all different levels within the business.

* You will have strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.
