Travel Sales Consultant Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and provide excellent service for new booking enquiries.
• Maximize sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across various products.
• Manage enquiries and callbacks promptly.
• Assist with crisis events when needed.
• Use Microsoft programs, especially Excel, for daily tasks and data entry.
• Support teammates and handle overflow customer service calls.

What You Bring:

• Focus on both service quality and accuracy in bookings.
• Proven travel sales experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs and GDS knowledge.
• Willingness to work 37.5 hours per week on a rota, including weekends.
