This position will work directly with the Business Formation Manager and collaborate with the Sales Department and Management Teams.
Position Summary

The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely motivated and coachable. You display a genuine desire to help clients, a willingness to learn, and the adaptability to change tasks or priorities with short notice. We are looking to hire a full-time Business Formation Specialist to assist in processing and drafting legal documents to State and Federal agencies.
Key Responsibilities

Submitting vital information to the State and Federal agencies.
Preparation of legal documents.
Answering client questions via phone/email.
Handle/arrange/process mail both incoming and outgoing.
Fax/scan/file pertinent documents/
Special projects may be assigned as necessary.
