Shopping Center Manager

I am supporting the search for a great opportunity, for the next Destination Director for a prestigious, successful scheme in Bristol.

This key opportunity will manage & be the face of the scheme, to drive opportunities & standards across the scheme.

• Drive high standards & commercial opportunities across the scheme
• Working to advance and contribute to the asset management strategy and centre business plan
• Lead, develop and inspire the Estate Management team
• Leading retailer / tenant engagement & communications
• Work closely with the marketing to optimise and ensure delivery of the marketing strategy.
• Create an ambassadorial role in local industry business groups, Local Authority and community/civic stakeholders
• Drive additional income generation via commercialisation activities in conjunction with the Commercialisation Manager and Leasing team
• Annual Business Planning and monthly reporting on performance
• Review and propose opportunities for cost control and efficiencies

Candidates must hold proven senior experience within Shopping Centre and/or Retail Management sectors.
