Procurement/Commercial Contracts Lawyer 3+ To £££
This popular City firm is looking for a versatile lawyer to work in their Projects department covering a broad range of matters including public procurement, commercial contracts, IP/IT, joint ventures and public-private partnership projects. Although the position will have a procurement focus you will also handle general commercial contract work, including goods and services contracts, IT supply and support agreements, and PFI/PPP contract work. Ideally you will have good knowledge and experience of advising contracting authorities on existing UK public procurement legislation, the new Procurement Act 2023 and public subsidy issues.
