You'll be involved in a broad-range of contentious and advisory work including discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, unlawful deduction of wages and other claims in the employment tribunal and High Court as well as preparing contracts and policies, disciplinary, grievance and capability issues, large scale restructuring projects and service provision changes involving TUPE; advising businesses and individuals on the employment aspects of corporate transactions; and cross border work involving sourcing and coordinating international advice from around the globe and cross border transactions.
