Job Description: As an Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with key clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Your main goal will be to drive revenue growth and maintain their position as a trusted partner in the forklift distribution market.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities for Area Sales Manager
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in South Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Requirements:
Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the forklift or material handling industry.
Strong understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Valid UK driving license. What's on Offer:
